Casa Peregrina sits on 3,090 m² (33,260 ft²) of land inside the Sierra del Mar Residential Community — a quiet, gated enclave of manicured gardens above Los Arcos. The villa transports you to a world that combines luxury hacienda style with the comforts of contemporary living: soaring ceilings, wide arched hallways, hand-laid stonework, fountains, and gardens that frame the Bay of Banderas.

A dedicated houseman, chef and bartender prepare three meals a day plus snacks, alongside daily housekeeping and a complimentary concierge for spa, transport and excursions. Casa Peregrina is a 15-minute drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta and a six-minute walk to Playa Las Gemelas — one of the finest beaches on the south shore — through private community access.

Coffee at nine, breakfast at the palapa with the bay below. The houseman greets your arrival, the chef confirms the day's menu, and the concierge has already arranged your first excursion.

The salt-water pool is heated and waiting. Sun loungers, paddleboards, the six-minute walk to Playa Las Gemelas. By midafternoon the cocktails appear without needing to ask.

Ten suites, three levels, ocean and garden views.

The suites are spread across upper, main and lower levels for privacy. Nine have a king bed and one offers two doubles. All rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning and an in-room safe. Tap any suite to see its full photo set.

Everything is taken care of, before you arrive.

A full staff lives the rhythm of the house with you — cooking, cleaning, mixing drinks, arranging beach setups and excursions. Your only job is to enjoy it.

Chef & Kitchen

A dedicated chef prepares three meals a day plus snacks, family-style. Vegetarian, gluten-free and other dietary needs are accommodated. Groceries are billed at cost plus a 15% shopping fee. A $1,500 USD food deposit is required 60 days before arrival.

Daily Housekeeping

Maid service from 9 am to 4 pm, six days a week. The villa keeps a washer and separate dryer reserved for housekeeping; personal laundry can be arranged with the houseman for an extra gratuity.

Concierge

The complimentary concierge handles spa appointments, transportation, restaurant reservations, fishing charters, sailing, and any excursion in or around Puerto Vallarta. Just ask the houseman.

Heated Saltwater Pool

A large saltwater pool — easier on the eyes and skin than chlorine — heated on request. Pool palapa, loungers, and ocean-and-mountain views from the terraces.

Semi-Private Beach

Six minutes' walk through the community to Playa Las Gemelas, with private guest access via Condo Playa Las Gemelas. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler stocked by the staff on request.

Indoor Comforts

Smart TVs with SKY satellite in most bedrooms and the upstairs lounge. Bluetooth speaker system, plug-in audio dock, billiards table on the second-floor lounge, individually controlled air conditioning in every bedroom and the living areas.

Sierra del Mar is a private, gated residential enclave on the cliffs above Playa Las Gemelas, six minutes' walk from the sand and fifteen minutes' drive to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Romantic Zone. Casa Peregrina is well suited to milestone celebrations, family reunions and corporate retreats — and the property has hosted many.
