Casa Peregrina ideally accommodates 20 guests across 10 luxurious bedroom suites — nine with king beds and one with two doubles. The estate is offered in tiered configurations from 5 to 10 bedrooms; whichever tier you book, you enjoy the full staff and access to all amenities, with the rooms not in use simply locked off — so you can choose the rooms you like best. Standard occupancy is two guests per bedroom, and up to two extra guests can be added on full 10-bedroom bookings only, for an additional per-guest fee that varies by season. Christmas and New Year's are full-villa 10-bedroom bookings only.

Your stay includes a fully staffed luxury experience: a private chef preparing three meals a day plus snacks, daily housekeeping (9 am – 3 pm), a dedicated houseman/concierge, and bartender and waiter service. The estate also features a heated saltwater pool and palapa, beach chairs and umbrellas, smart TVs with SKY satellite, a billiards table, and individually controlled air conditioning throughout. Staffing levels are scaled to the number of bedrooms reserved and the size of your group for attentive, seamless service. Food and beverages are billed separately.

Breakfast is typically served by 9 am, lunch between 1 and 2 pm, and dinner concludes by 7 pm — after which the staff tidy the dining areas, serve a final round of beverages, and close service for the evening. Dinner served after 7 pm incurs an additional fee. Please coordinate any schedule adjustments with the houseman or concierge at least 24 hours in advance.

Food and beverages are billed separately from the rental. The staff make one grocery trip per day, so we ask that grocery and beverage requests be submitted at least 24 hours in advance where possible. A $1,500 USD food and beverage deposit is due with your final balance, 60 days before arrival, and applied to your grocery bill. A 15% shopping and handling fee applies to grocery purchases, and credit-card reimbursements carry a 5% processing fee. We recommend budgeting roughly $40–$60 USD per guest, per day. Meals are served family-style, and our chef gladly accommodates vegetarian, gluten-free, allergy-sensitive and other dietary needs — a detailed preference form and sample menus are shared before arrival.

Yes — laundry service is available for $20 USD per load. To prevent any issues, white and colored garments are washed separately (so five white items and five colored items, for example, count as two loads), and specialty fabrics cannot be accommodated. For safety and liability reasons, guests do not have access to the villa's laundry area or equipment, and given the size of the estate and daily operational requirements, same-day laundry service is unavailable.

Gratuities are always appreciated, entirely discretionary, and best provided in cash so they go directly to the team. As a guideline we suggest a minimum of $60–$70 USD per bedroom, per day, with additional gratuity appropriate for larger dinners, celebrations or events requiring extended service. As an example, a group of 10 in 5 bedrooms over 4 nights would typically provide around $1,200 total. Tips are shared among all staff — including the housekeeping and kitchen team working behind the scenes — and envelopes are provided for your convenience.

Value Season (May 1 – October 31): from $1,495/night for 5 bedrooms up to $2,700/night for 10 bedrooms · 4-night minimum. Peak Season (November 1 – April 30): from $1,955 up to $3,300/night · 4-night minimum. U.S. Thanksgiving requires a 5-night minimum. Christmas (around December 19/20 – 26/27) and New Year's (around December 26/27 – January 4) are full-villa (10 bedrooms) only, each with a 7-night minimum; reservations overlapping both holiday periods cannot be accommodated. Add 16% tax to all rates, and note a refundable $2,000 USD security deposit.

Casa Peregrina is just a six-minute walk across the road from Playa Las Gemelas, one of the most scenic beaches on the south shore, accessed through the private Condominios Playas Gemelas — the staff provide a gate access code for the designated beach area, where an outdoor shower and bathroom are available. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is approximately 20 minutes away by car, and Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) roughly 40 minutes. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are provided for the beach (there are no pool inflatables or beach toys), and the staff are happy to bring drinks and snacks down and help you set up. Please note the beach is a federal zone — the access pathway is private, but the beach itself is not, and vendors may be present.

Yes. The saltwater pool is heated seasonally from November through April, maintained up to approximately 85°F. During Puerto Vallarta's warmer months heating is generally unnecessary, though summer pool heating can be arranged on request for an additional fee.

To preserve the private residence and accommodate guests and staff with allergies or sensitivities, pets and animals are not permitted — for guests, visitors or vendors. Smoking is not permitted indoors; any evidence of indoor smoking results in a deodorizing fee. The villa is multi-level with stairs throughout and is not wheelchair accessible or ADA-adapted, so guests are responsible for determining whether the property suits their accessibility needs. All in-villa services — massage therapists, musicians, entertainers, yoga instructors and similar — must be coordinated through villa management and concierge; independently hired outside vendors are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Casa Peregrina is set within a residential gated community with a 10 pm noise curfew, so events with amplified music are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed daily from 10 pm to 8 am. While weddings and large amplified events cannot be accommodated, the estate has hosted many memorable wellness retreats, corporate gatherings and unforgettable family celebrations over the years.
