Section Six

Staff Services

A summary of what's included, plus what to know about service hours and gratuities.

Staff included with your stay: Chef, assistant cook, houseman, waiter, housekeepers, and full-service concierge.
Service hours. Coffee from 9:00 am, breakfast 9:00–9:30 am, dinner served by 7:00 pm. Earlier service can be arranged with the houseman 24 hours in advance. After-9 pm service incurs additional staff hourly fees.
Gratuities. Discretionary, paid in cash, distributed across the team. Standard guidance is $35 USD per guest per day — for a group of 10 staying 4 nights, that's roughly $1,400 across the staff.

Meal & Grocery Planning

Three meals daily plus snacks are included in your stay. Food and beverages are billed separately at cost — budget roughly $40–$50 per guest per day.

Grocery shopping is one trip per day by the staff to fulfill your menus and stocking requests. 15% shopping fee is added to the bill. Receipts always provided. Pesos and dollars accepted; credit card adds a 5% processing fee.

The staff prefer to pre-stock based on your preferences. Be specific where you can — brand, year, region, quantity.

Menus for Your Arrival & First Day

Choose what you'd like for your welcome dinner and the first full day. After that, the chef rotates inspired menus daily based on your preferences and what's seasonal.
